Purchasing Policy

Please contact us for pricing and availability of limited edition prints. After a print has been selected for acquisition, an online invoice will be emailed. To complete your purchase you will be asked for your billing and shipping information. CA state tax will be applied when applicable. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. 

 

AVAILABILITY

We do not reserve artwork, the best way to guarantee a print is to complete your purchase promptly. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars. 

 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 weeks for printing and delivery. Prints are packaged professionally and ship rolled with archival protection in a heavy duty mailing tube. FedEx tracking information will be provided once the artwork has shipped. Any damage to the artwork incurred during shipping is insured for the full value. If your purchase is over $1,000 your shipment will require a signature confirmation. Please inquire for rush availability.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All international sales are final. International shipments are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. If you have any concerns or a print has been damaged during shipping please contact us so we can help resolve your issue.

 

GUARANTEE

All purchases are guaranteed to be as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the artwork in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please retain original packaging incase artwork is to be returned. If you have any concerns or a print has been damaged during shipping please contact us immediately so we can help resolve your issue. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us immediately upon your decision to return the artwork to make the arrangements. To be eligible for a refund, your print must be returned in the original condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the print. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
